Over the past few weeks, I’ve been practising being mindful of the foods I put in my body and the effects those foods have on my overall health.
A couple of months ago I watched a documentary called “What the Health” on Netflix, to be honest I never ended up watching the entire documentary, however about 45 minutes into it, I felt I’d taken in enough information. The health implications of what we eat struck a thought in me the most - I had never really given the health implications of all foods a second thought until then.

As we continue to explore and understand activities which invigorate our Minds and Bodies,
I've been on a search to understand how some others improve their own well being.
I came across an amazing person and her brand - Bake and Bend; Catherine Chamberlain is a Yoga instructor who in her classes, combines Cannabis with the practice of Yoga to overall enhance its physical, mental and spiritual experience.
It’s something I’ve become interested in myself, and will be adding to my physical well being practices.
I spoke to Catherine; asking her a few questions which I believe will give us all a better understanding and appreciation for the experience of combining Cannabis and Yoga - and it’s effects on how we feel.
People meditate for different reasons and in different ways throughout the day. It creates a moment of steadiness and clarity in a constantly moving and unclear world. Because time keeps moving forward with or without us, meditation can be used in moments we find ourselves successfully moving along with time, and very importantly even when we miss a beat.

Mind & Body
During the day our minds and bodies work so hard to keep us going - Mind and Body introduces the idea of taking time to listen to yourself; Your emotions, thoughts and physicality, in an effort to understand yourself even more, clear out any cobwebs that gather during the day, and live happily in your body.
